1. Who we are

This website (hyphavel.com) and the Hyphavel brand are operated by LUNAVEX LLC, whose registered address is 312 W 2nd St, Unit 3925, Casper, WY 82601, USA. You can reach us at hello@hyphavel.com. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the site and to every order you place with us.

2. Culinary & wellness products only

All Hyphavel products are sold strictly as food, food-cultivation products or traditional wellness foods. We do not sell, and these Terms do not cover, any psychoactive or controlled species, including any psilocybin-containing mushroom. Nothing on this site is intended as a medicine.

Statements about functional mushrooms describe traditional and culinary use only. They have not been evaluated by any medicines regulator, and no Hyphavel product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before using functional-mushroom products.

3. Food safety & correct use

Cultivated and wild mushrooms must be cooked thoroughly before eating unless a product explicitly states otherwise; several species (including morels) are unsafe raw. Dried products must be rehydrated and cooked as directed. Grow-kit mushrooms are food and should be harvested and cooked promptly.

• Foraging guides are sold for education only. Never eat a wild mushroom identified solely from a book — misidentification can be fatal. When in doubt, do not consume.
• Cultivation supplies are intended for growing the gourmet and functional species we describe. Use sterile technique and follow safe-handling guidance.
• Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

4. Orders & pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. Live grow kits are perishable and are produced to order, which may affect lead time.

5. Shipping

We dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays; the order cut-off is 09:00 on a dispatch day. Grow kits ship as soon as a block finishes colonising so they arrive ready to fruit. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Free shipping applies to orders over €40 within standard delivery zones, as shown at checkout.

6. Returns & living products

Because grow kits, fresh and perishable items are living or short-life goods, they are exempt from standard cooling-off return rights once dispatched, except where they arrive damaged or faulty. If a kit arrives damaged, or any product is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Unopened, non-perishable items (books, tools, sealed dried goods and extracts) may be returned within 14 days in original condition.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse, misidentification of wild fungi, failure to cook products properly, or any use of functional-mushroom products contrary to the guidance above. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, illustrations, the Hyphavel wordmark and the mycological plates — is owned by LUNAVEX LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered address of LUNAVEX LLC, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. The definitive legal entity, address and registration details will be published here once finalised.
